This hidden gem of a place is perfect for a solo traveler like me. Located centrally, it offers easy access to local pubs, eateries, and Killbroney. The Garden Double Room is cozy and clean, with its own door access and a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchenette is a bonus, with a sink, microwave, toaster, kettle. The beautiful mature garden with a stream and decking outside the room adds to the charm. I also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The bathroom had an additional door connecting to the main house, which I found a little creepy.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The mature garden with the stream at the bottom provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the decking outside the room was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
One major issue was the lack of temperature control in the room. The central control from the main house made it difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking, and we had to constantly ask the owner to change it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and amenities within a short walk. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the beautiful big garden was a definite plus, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The temperature control in the room was a bit of an issue, as it was centrally controlled from the main house. This resulted in a warm and uncomfortable room during the evening and night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. It had a toaster, kettle, microwave, and even crockery. This made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfast. The location of the property was also a major plus. It was very central and convenient, with local pubs, eateries, and attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the main house that contained the room had a beautiful and charming design which added to the overall ambiance.
There were a few things that I didn't particularly enjoy about my stay. the lack of a window in the bedroom was somewhat problematic.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy room with its own private entrance and bathroom. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town and enjoy the beautiful view of the Fairy Glen and mountains. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Eddie, the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing us with helpful recommendations. The secure private parking was also a great convenience. we highly recommend this accommodation for a lovely stay.
While the room was comfortable, we did find it a bit chilly as the heating didn't seem to work properly. Additionally, the shower was a bit inconvenient as the showerhead was fitted too low, requiring us to either hold it above our heads or shower on our knees.
